HIGOLEPC Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Period

HIGOLEPC provides a 12-month (one-year) limited warranty for all consumer electronics products, starting from the date of delivery to the customer.

Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that cause the product to fail to function as advertised. During the warranty period, HIGOLEPC will be responsible for all repair fees and replacement costs for non-artificial defective parts.

Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:


  • Damages caused by human factors, including but not limited to disassembly, misuse, drops, water damage, use of unofficial firmware, or software modifications.
  • Products used for commercial, rental, or other non-personal purposes.
  • Natural wear and tear of components over time.
  • Damages from negligence, abuse, or failure to follow safety/usage guidelines in the user manual.
  • Incidental or indirect losses caused by product failure; liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact Us First: Before returning any defective item, contact our customer service via goleminipc.com to initiate the process. Unauthorized returns may be delayed.
  2. Provide Information: Submit your order number, product SKU, a detailed description of the issue, steps taken to resolve it, and clear photos/videos of the defect (in good lighting).
  3. Return Instructions: Once authorized, return the item using a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue.
  4. Resolution:
    • Repairs: Processed within 15–30 business days, depending on parts availability. HIGOLEPC covers shipping costs for returning repaired items.
    • Replacements: Processed within 2–7 business days if inventory is available.
    • Refunds: Full refunds are issued if repairs or replacements are not feasible (e.g., insufficient inventory). Refunds are completed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item, with timelines varying by payment method (PayPal: up to 48 hours; credit cards: 7–14 business days).

Special Notes

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to report issues.
  • Damaged Packaging: Immediately notify the courier and provide a paper confirmation, along with photos of the package/item, for replacement or refund processing.
  • Incorrect/Missing Items: Check contents upon delivery and contact us with order details, packaging photos, and shipping labels for resolution.
  • Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for customs fees when returning items; these may be deducted from refunds.
  • Warranty Invalidation: Occurs if the product is tampered with, modified, used improperly, or if issues are not reported promptly.
