1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund for any reason.

  • Requirements: Must include all original accessories, packaging, and gifts.

  • Shipping Fee: For non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Condition: Items must be in "like-new" condition with no physical damage.

2. 365-Day Replacement & Exchange

If your device experiences a performance failure within 365 days of delivery:

  • Quality Issues: HIGOLEPC will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

  • Requirements: Provide order number, Serial Number (SN), and a clear description of the problem (photos/videos).

  • Exclusions: Does not cover damage caused by drops, liquid spills, or software issues that can be resolved by a system reinstallation.

3. 1-Year Limited Warranty

HIGOLEPC provides a 1-year (365 days) warranty starting from the date of delivery.

  • Coverage: Hardware failures and manufacturing defects.

  • Service: If a verified hardware defect occurs, we provide free repair or parts replacement.

  • Shipping: For verified quality issues within the warranty period, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Paid Repair: For accidental damage (e.g., drops, water damage), we offer repair services where only material costs are charged.
