HIGOLEPC Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries and regions supported at checkout. Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout.

1. Fulfillment locations

Depending on stock and the delivery address, orders may be fulfilled from warehouses serving the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan, or Hong Kong. We aim to ship from the nearest available location. If local stock is unavailable, an order may be fulfilled from Hong Kong.

2. Customs and import duties

For locally fulfilled orders, applicable taxes and duties are generally included. International shipments may be inspected by customs and may be subject to local taxes, duties, or documentation requirements. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for cooperating with customs and paying charges required by the destination country.

If a parcel is returned, abandoned, or destroyed because required customs information or charges were not provided, related costs may be deducted or a refund may be unavailable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Shipping rates

  • Free shipping: Orders over US$99.
  • Orders under US$99: The available rate is calculated at checkout.

4. Estimated delivery times

  • Express shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Standard shipping: 7–10 business days.
  • Remote areas: 7–12 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier disruption, customs processing, public holidays, and remote-area service may cause delays.

5. Order processing and tracking

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are normally sent by email within 2–4 business days after the order is placed.

6. Carriers

Depending on the destination and fulfillment location, orders may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, YunExpress, or another qualified carrier.

7. Changes and cancellations

Please request cancellation within 4 hours (240 minutes) of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. If a cancellation is requested after shipment, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Address accuracy

Please verify the complete delivery address before placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in an unrecoverable shipment, replacement or refund may not be available, subject to applicable law.
