1. Global Shipping & Local Warehouses
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. To ensure the fastest delivery, we operate local warehouses in the USA, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Hong Kong.

Local Fulfillment: Whenever possible, we will ship your order from the warehouse nearest to your delivery address. In these cases, we cover all taxes and duties for a seamless experience.

International Shipment: If a product is out of stock locally, it will be shipped from our Hong Kong headquarters.
2. Customs & Import Duties (Important)
While we strive to cover fees where possible, international shipments (shipped from outside your country) may be subject to local customs inspections.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to actively cooperate with local customs authorities for clearance if required.

Failure to Clear Customs: If a package is returned, destroyed, or incurs high fees because the customer failed to cooperate with customs clearance or pay necessary duties, HIGOLEPC will not be held responsible and will not cover the associated costs or issue a refund.

Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout for orders under $99.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take 7-12 business days.

5. Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details within 2-4 business days of placing your order.
6. Shipping Carriers
We work with premium logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via Amazon Logistics, UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, or YunExpress.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 4 hours (240 minutes) of placing it.

Address Changes: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Returns due to Cancellation: If an order is canceled after it has shipped, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
8. Lost/Incorrect Address Liability

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and results in a lost or unrecoverable package, HIGOLEPC will not replace or refund the order.
